K Dee Horton, is a life time resident of LaGrange, GA and is the Branch Manager of the Statewide office located in LaGrange. Ms. Horton has been a mortgage loan originator since 2006, and the branch manager since 2011. Ms. Horton has extensive knowledge of all standard mortgage products including: FHA, VA, USDA, Convention, Jumbo, etc… Her vast knowledge of mortgage products allows Ms. Horton to meet your mortgage needs with the best option possible. Ms. Horton has met all federal licensing requirements and is licensed in the state of Georgia and Alabama.

Heyward worked as a commercial banker for 40 years holding executive positions at several banks before moving into the mortgage industry. His experience covers commercial and residential projects including single and multi-family residential, construction and A&D loans and C&I lending.

Brandon has just recently joined the Statewide Mortgage Team. Brandon was previously in Sales & Marketing with a Residential/Commercial construction firm in the LaGrange GA area. His background in Sales & Marketing as a builder brings great insight to our clients and the Statewide team. As a federal and state of Georgia licensed mortgage loan originator, his insights to the many loan programs and their practical functionality to our clients is invaluable.

Kim Lanius

Kim joined the Statewide Team in 2014. She is a lifelong resident of LaGrange. Kim has been in the mortgage industry for 22 years, originating for 19 years. The majority of her career was spent with a small hometown bank which fits right into her small town heritage. Kim’s vast knowledge of mortgage products and commitment to her customers are her trademarks.

After completing a degree in Finance at Auburn University, she joined a local retail bank as a Management Trainee before ultimately choosing to pursue the path of Mortgage Finance.
